CDM Facilities (Cafeteria & rooms) are now open for PRIVATE EVENTS (weddings, funerals etc), strictly for CDM parishioners; AND CDM CHURCH FUNCTIONS (ministries, BECs, PPC, PCC etc). All requests must be done via https://forms.gle/FVUMi1C9HxpvoAeY6

NO catechism classes on Palm Sunday (13/4), Easter (20/4) & DM Feast Day (27/4)
The Admin Office will be open for any walk-ins on the 13th April.
Classes and office will resume fully on the 4th May 2025

Catechism time (Eng) at CDM is from 8.15am to 9.30am. Be on time, and follow the classes faithfully till the end. Weekly Attendance is compulsory. All parents and catechists kindly take note.

To download the baptism form, please go to Forms. Please complete the form, attach the necessary documents, and email it to office@divinemercy.my. For those living outside the boundary of CDM (Shah Alam), prior approval of your parish priest is required.

If you are scheduled for an operation/procedure/hospital stay, please come and ask for Anointing in Church before you are admitted.

Confession: A Step-by-Step Guide

First, is to fix appointment to meet parish priest.
Then, couples must complete the Catholic Marriage Preparation Course (CMPC) form.
The Baptism Extract from the church of baptism (obtained within the last 6 months) will be required to fix a date to sign up for the course.
Upon completion of the course, couples will meet up with the parish priest for the Pre-Nuptial Inquiry (PNI) and other details follow.

Please register at the parish office minimum 12 months prior to your intended date.
