12th Sunday in Ordinary Time (June 19-20, 2021)

Please continue to offer up these petitions.

For Pope Francis, the clergy, religious and all lay leaders

That they will employ creative and effective ways in reaching out to all God’s people and keeping them united in this time of social distancing and health crisis.

For an end to the pandemic

That this global scourge will end through the great mercy of God, and with the sacrifices and cooperation of humankind.

For our dads on Father's Day

That they will lean on God the Father for strength and courage in order to raise God-fearing children. We also pray for our fathers whom we have not physically met in months due to travel restrictions, and our dads who have gone before us.

For the poor and the deprived

That we reach out to ease the burdens of those living in poverty and depravation, especially in these Covid times. That richer countries take the first step by forgiving the debts of poorer countries even as they seek to develop or rebuild their economies.

For our mission work

That, especially during this crisis, we continue to do the work that God has called us to do by listening to the Spirit, praying fervently, encouraging one another and giving generously.

For all of us participating in this mass

That, despite the storms we are currently facing, we will continue to live in the presence of God, knowing that He will never abandon us, and that His peace and calm will always reign in our souls.

For our personal intentions
